I highly recommend staying here; the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient for the airport. Don't miss trying the desserts at Wa no ma Centrair, especially during chilly weather.

Large and soundproof room, I truly enjoyed the hotel!

The location was particularly good, a super close walk to Samurai Lab. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes. The staff was knowledgeable and highly courteous, some of them especially.

The breakfast was substantial and delicious for what was on offer with western dishes and complimentary drinks 24 hours, as for instance. Stayed in a double room with a double bed which was perfect for me. Very central location was a plus. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Tokoname.

The hotel has an absolutely perfect location very close to an excellent airport, convenience stores, and a covered bridge. The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is substantial with western dishes and complimentary drinks available 24 hours a day.

Unlike other hotels of this chain, rooms are very unimaginative and coldly furnished. Both rooms had a slight smell of mould spores.

We had an early morning flight, so the location of the hotel right next to the airport was incredibly convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport.

The queen room was quiet with a great view of the airport, and the bed was really comfortable, located in a convenient spot at the central plaza of the airport.

The location of this hotel is superb, as it is conveniently near the airport. With a covered tunnel connecting it to the terminal building and clear signage, it was easy to find my way. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as free internet access and complimentary drinks in the lobby. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they were clean and comfortable. this hotel offered great value for money.

The hotel was modern and reasonably clean with nice views over the bay. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. It was neat and the bathroom was fairly clean here.

Attentive Reception staff. Even he is old looking he is very sharp, accomodating and waits for his clients to stop talking before answering. - complimentary drinks - from juice to coffee :) - good set of buffet breakfast - cheap and walking distance from the airport with good view of Sunrise in front of sea. :)

That there were very few tour busses!!!!! It is a covered walkway to the hotel from the airport which makes it very convenient.

The breakfast looked great for asians but for westerners it was the typical white bread yuk. Oh well. The restaurants in the airport were amazing.
